Not enough Hours in the day?
How often do we tell ourselves that we don’t have enough time? We find ourselves working all day, and “being busy” and not knowing where time has gone, now more than ever as we are working remotely.
How often do we tell ourselves that we don’t have enough time? We find ourselves working all day, and “being busy” and not knowing where time has gone, now more than ever as we are working remotely.
We want more from our day, to complete work commitments, to find more time for the things that are important to us and to spend more quality time with the ones we love, but we tell ourselves “I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME”!
Truth is, there is plenty of time if you prioritise what you spend your time on and eliminate those things that eat away at your time.
We all have time suckers present in our lives, and while the details may be different from person to person, the solution is the same for everyone: Identify what is sucking your time, then decide on what changes you need to make in order to gain control over how you spend your time.
Each person is given the same 24 hours each day. Don’t let time suckers WASTE your day!
In order to identify what the time suckers in your life are, you need to be aware of how you actually spend your time. Keep a time log or journal of your daily activities for at least a week as you aim to discover the time suckers in your life. You may discover that you spend a lot more time reading and responding to emails than you realise. In other words, you will eventually start to notice patterns of behaviour where you tend to spend time. You will eventually start to notice what sucks away your time.
One of our most valuable resources is time. Learn how to take full advantage of it with this FREE Toolkit!
