Refund Policy

Please read the following policy; it will help you to understand how we handle event cancellations and refunds.

BPD Services (excluding one-off events/workshops)

Typically, payment is required in full for all agreed-upon sessions before the start of the first session. If necessary, you can request a payment plan.

A full refund is available after the first session (for all future sessions paid for and including the first session) if you/company rep. decide you do not want to continue. However, you/company rep. must advise BPD in writing within 24 hours of the first session. Failure to do so will result in the cost for the first session being deducted from the refund (i.e prorated refund).  This does not apply for one-off sessions/ workshops/events.

In certain unusual situations, you/company rep. may need to cancel the service before the agreement/contract has ended. If that need arises, BPD requires 14-days’ advance notice in writing before the next session/workshop. If you /company rep. have remaining sessions that have been paid for and were not used, you /company rep. are entitled to a refund of those (prorated).

If you/group are late for a session, please understand that respecting following clients, we may still need to finish at the agreed time. However, if you/group have not made yourself available within 20 minutes of our agreed start time, we will presume the session is cancelled and you/group will be charged for the session.  

If you/company rep. cancel a scheduled session less than twenty- four (24) hours before the session or if you/company do not attend a scheduled session you/company will be charged for the session. (excluding Mastermind and Entrepreneurs Business Builder – for these programmes you are making a commitment to attend all sessions…if you do not attend a session, you will still be charged).

In the event the programme is terminated by BPD for any reason, you/company are entitled to a prorated refund of the unused portion of your fee.  

If there are any areas of this policy that you are not comfortable with, please advise me and do not sign the agreement/contract.

One-off BPD Events/Workshops 


BPD Associates Limited reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If BPD Associates Limited refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Event Cancellation 

BPD Associates Limited reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If BPD Associates Limited cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund:

  • for an individual ticket is five (5) working days before the event.
  • for group purchases is seven (7) working days before the event.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee, organisation or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee(s) and/or transaction number.

These above policies apply to all BPD Associates Limited events or events hosted by BPD Associates Limited unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
